Welcome to my website
For 50 years my work has focused on creative solutions to difficult infrastructure finance and procurement issues. The resulting construction is providing essential services to millions of people in geographies across the U.S., in many instances at costs well below projections. My career highlights include advising on iconic projects like the New York Tappan Zee and Goethals Bridge Replacements; the Port of Miami Tunnel; Miami Intermodal Center; Light Rail Lines in Pittsburgh, Charlotte and Newark (Hudson-Bergen LRT); and Denver’s T-REX. I was a founding member of the investment committee for IST3, a $1 billion infrastructure fund based in Zurich and received P3 Bulletin’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
I currently serve on the Boards of the Vineyard Power Co-op and the Vineyard Power Development Fund, the community benefit partner for multiple offshore wind projects.
